Chase Weinberg is the founder at Capital Edge Advisors. He has provided advisory services for M&A transactions since 2020 focusing on middle market companies in the industrial, manufacturing, consumer, and business services sectors.

Chase started his career at Victory Partners, a generalist investment bank specializing in sell-side deals. Since founding Capital Edge Advisors, Chase has advised a variety of private equity firms and family offices with underwriting transactions and determining the optimal financing structure for a prospective target.
