LIME INVESTORS
A New York-based family office was looking to make two add on acquisitions for a granite and quartz fabrication and installation company based in the southeast. The deal involved sponsor equity, seller financing, and a senior term loan. Capital Edge Advisors built a merger model showing the post-transaction capital structure and a roll up operating model. CEA helped calculate the pro forma cash flow and debt service coverage to present to the lender and highlight the firm’s ability to satisfy its debt obligations.
DIVISION D
A digital marketing company based out of the Midwest had recently raised a $60m business loan to fund operational and expansion efforts. The firm was operating without a CFO and needed a 10-year financial model to help the firm budget expenditures, project revenues and profits, and forecast debt paydown. CEA developed a customized 3-statement financial model and dashboard to demonstrate firm performance at a monthly and annual level. The dashboard linked to financial projections visualizing the company’s cash and debt balance on a longitudinal basis.
